Booking Fees:
When booking an appointment, a Booking Fee of your total appointment must be paid to secure your booking-see charges below. The Booking Fee is fully refundable/taken off the total price of your treatment as long as a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is issued to rearrange or cancel your booking.
Notice of less than 48 hours will result in the booking fee being retained. If booking fees are lost, rebooking must be paid in full to secure the next appointment. Booking Fees are to be paid on the same day as booking, failure to do so will result in cancellation and I will not able to secure your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Please be advised that cancellations and rescheduling issued up to 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
Cancellations and rescheduling less than 48 hours before appointment will result in loss of Booking Fee.
Cancellations made on the day of appointment or failure to show up to appointment on the day will result in full payment being charged.
Punctuality
Punctuality:
Please understand that arriving late has a negative impact on clinic schedule.
Should you face challenges that will delay your appointment please notify me as soon as you are able to do so.
Should the delay be 10 minutes or more it will feed into your appointment time. To avoid this please plan a safe journey to ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
Payment
Payment:
At Colon-Kind we accept cash and bank transfer. Should you wish to pay with cash only for a treatment a Booking Fee is still required. This needs to be paid prior to treatment.

Colonic Courses are non-refundable and need to be used within 6 months of the first treatment.
Cancellation on the day will result in the loss of Booking Fee.
Punctuality: Please ensure that you plan your journey ahead of time and notify me via text or WhatsApp if you are experiences problems. Please be aware that Lateness may feed into your treatment time
Payments: Accept cash, card or bank transfer. Should you wish to pay cash for a treatment then a booking fee is till requited-Cash can be paid prior to treatment within 24hours
It is your responsibility to inform your therapist that you have paid your booking fee, to secure your treatment. You have 24 hours to pay your booking fee to secure your appointment. After this time, your appointment time cannot be guaranteed.
